Luckily for us, the recent model used car we were most interested in was available . He explained new-to-us features well and helped us with followup time slots to compare cars and make up our minds. Among other appreciated things which saved us some hassle and time, he took the time on a busy afternoon to make our smart phones mesh with the car's system before we drove away. (P.S. The cookies in the waiting area were welcome.) This was the best all around experience at five dealerships visited in this search. More

Only cares about making the sale! We went to multiple dealerships over the course of two weeks looking for the right vehicle. This was the ONLY dealership that didn’t greet us at the d We went to multiple dealerships over the course of two weeks looking for the right vehicle. This was the ONLY dealership that didn’t greet us at the door and offer water. Seems to be consistent with the level of service we received throughout the interaction. Ken was on the phone with another customer for a lengthy period of time. He even had me sign my papers by pointing out what to sign and whispering the concept of the note. I finally just stepped away to clean out my trade in and he brought me a paper to sign and laid it in the seat, still on the phone, and pointed to which line to sign. We ended up sitting in his office for almost 30 minuets waiting in finance and he still didn’t completely finish explaining what we were asking about the vehicle. After asking him about the service the car I was receiving he stated that the lady in finance would tell me. I asked her and she told me that was his job. He came in, read a few things on the paper and barely let me look at it. Why couldn’t I have my own records for what has been done to the vehicle?!?! To top it off, he continued to blame other departments like parts and service for not playing on the same team. He continuously said things were out of his hands. I had literally filled my gas tank up before we stopped into look at the selection. A little goes a long way... I left the dealership with my new vehicle and 100 miles until empty. A full tank of gas and being offered water sure would have changed my perspective, even if Ken was rude. The woman he was on the phone with he kept telling “he was there to sell cars” and didn’t seem to care about her concerns. I guess that’s how you end up with dissatisfied customers that call back to complain! I certainly didn’t feel like Ken cared about my best interest. His goal was to get the sale! I get that is his job but it is a skill to be caring about your customers. I will not be buying from this type of dealership again. I found the no-haggle concept much more pleasant and they actually cared about finding me the right car for my needs. It’s unfortunate I didn’t see this earlier on in the process or I would have left. As for finance, Traci was fantastic. She is very kind, thorough and was patient in explaining everything. I got a follow up call Monday morning. Working with Traci was definitely the highlight of our visit. Thanks Traci! More
