Out of state purchase made easy! I found Tucson Subaru while my wife and I were shopping online for a new vehicle. After inquiring about one that we liked, I was put in touch with Trent Nichols. We live in CA, so I was a little skeptical to even consider a vehicle without seeing it in person and driving it. Trent was very informative and took me through the whole process, which he is a pro at. During our first conversation he even put me on the line with his shipping broker to give me an idea of how much it would be to ship here to CA with no additional dealership mark up. The most unique thing that Trent did was make me my own personalized video of a walk around on the vehicle. He zoomed in and pointed out ever imperfection he could find, as if I was there myself. It was that video that made me feel more at ease with this purchase. Every question I could possible have had was answered. It only took a few days for us to pull the trigger. Traci was a big help with the financial part of the sale. She was patient and explained everything to me in detail. Our paperwork was overnighted to our door with a pre payed return slip. After a few days everything was processed and we were then in touch with the transport company. Our new car arrived at the shopping center across the street from our home and was exactly as we had imagined, if not better in person. The smile on my wife's face was priceless. She has been looking for excuses to drive everywhere she can. Bottom line is regardless of where you are located, Tucson Subaru is the place to go, and Trent has my vote. I shopped around quite a bit and hands down he was the most informative and easiest salesman to work with. Tuscon Subaru also had the pricing for our particular vehicle as well. Please let this review help you if are weary about buying from out of state, these guys have it dialed! More

Thanks for taking good care of us! I had a great experience when I purchased my Subaru, so when it came time for my brother to purchase a new car, I suggested he look at the Subaru. Before Trent knew anything about me or my financial situation, he treated me with respect and gave me a lil background of what Tucson Subaru does to preowned vehicles before they're ready to sell. They go above and beyond than any dealership I've ever experienced and they will show you an itemized list of what they did with the vehicle. I made a cash purchase of a 2010 Chevrolet HHR. Everyone else we spoke with kept trying to sell us what they had, not what we wanted. The car was on order and Trent kept us up to date every step of the way. (Even through the Christmas holiday)! We picked up our car yesterday and it was seamless. Finance was a breeze and fun with Tracy. She made us feel like we were the only people that mattered. Personal Thanks I have owned now 3 subarus a 2013 Impressa, a 2014 Crosstrek Premium and now a 2017 Crosstrek Premium.
