Buying a car is a stressful event, until I came to Subaru I love Tucson Subaru! I went to four dealerships in Tucson and spent many hours on the internet before coming in to see used cars from Trent. He really knows his inventory and told us all about the cars we were interested in. He showed us the car repair records which helped us make our decision. I've only purchased 3 cars in my life and hate the idea of getting a bad deal because I don't know how to negotiate. No problem at Tucson Subaru- good prices, low pressure, excellent service. First class every time I came in to look! I had to come to look several times before purchasing. There was never any pressure to buy at the time of my visits. When I told them I wanted a certain color they looked and realized there was one on the way. We planned and scheduled delivery. It was all very easy. Steve and Joe took the time to go on test drives a couple times before I decided on a purchase. Given the opportunity to test drive a Subaru, these cars sell themselves! Started off bad, ended in a very positive experience We test drove a few cars earlier in the fall and had a really negative experience with a different sales person at this dealership. When we were ready We test drove a few cars earlier in the fall and had a really negative experience with a different sales person at this dealership. When we were ready to buy, we called for an appointment. We spoke with Jennifer and told her we were anxious about having a repeat (aggressive and sometimes negative texting and calling after a test drive). She was great - very low pressure and assured us that wouldn't happen again. We test drove several vehicles, she priced out several options and presented them to us. We ended up getting two used (one nearly new) vehicle and traded in our nearly new Subaru. Traci helped us through the financial part of the purchase and was great - super friendly and great about presenting options. If it wasn't for the earlier, experience, I would rate the dealership a 5. More
