He created nice, informative emails to send to me with videos to show me the attributes of each vehicle he found for me. He patiently scheduled test drives and kept in contact. He saved me a lot of time with his searches, and worked with my schedule as well. (and Traci Roberts in finance - wonderfully intelligent lady who guided me through process with ease). I was pleasantly surprised Kevin found a car that suited my needs - and my wants! p.s. This dealership is spotless, and all the staff I've met there are professional and polite. More

2 Great Cars / 2 Great Experiences In the last year, my wife and I have bought 2 pre-owned cars from Trent. In both transactions, we experienced all of the following qualities: * Th In the last year, my wife and I have bought 2 pre-owned cars from Trent. In both transactions, we experienced all of the following qualities: * The vehicles were as advertised and in great condition. * The were competitively priced. * Last, but not least, Trent was excellent in addressing our questions/concerns and communicated with us often to let us know where we were in the process (without pressure). To further attest to the quality of the service provided, we had some problems 7 months after the first car purchased (under no warranty). Trent helped us in trying to eliminate the unusual electrical problem we had. It was not caused by the dealership, but it says a lot that they are willing to help. To wrap things up, we met with Traci on our first purchase and Tim on our second to sign paperwork. They were both fun, courteous, and patient. They answered all of our questions and presented options/add-ons without high pressure. All in all, we left happy with the experience and enjoy driving our vehicles, now 14 months later. Thanks Guys! More
