He patiently explained the process step-by-step and updated me regularly on the status of the car as it went through maintenance in the repair shop. Moreover, he was very personable and communicated through texting, which was helpful at work. I felt as if I was buying a car from a friend of a friend rather than a complete stranger. I was very nervous about having to negotiate at the dealership, but was able to get a deal in writing through the internet department before we came in. Once we were there, Spence and the other staff answered all our questions and moved things along easily and fairly quickly. They had a kid room that our 5 year old chilled out in while we did the paperwork. There was several different add-ons offered in the finance office, but no hard sell or serious pressure. We walked out paying the price we expected and appreciated the zero percent financing options. We had visited some other Tucson dealerships and did not receive the same friendly, no pressure service. (And we love our new Subaru Forester!) More

Surprised When my wife and I began shopping for a new vehicle, we quickly decided on the Subaru Forester. It checked all the boxes and fit our needs perfectly. When my wife and I began shopping for a new vehicle, we quickly decided on the Subaru Forester. It checked all the boxes and fit our needs perfectly. Next came the visit to the dealership. I have purchased a few vehicles in my life and being that this was our first Subaru, I was not looking forward to this step at all. I admit, I was probably a bit stand offish with Trent at first, because I was anticipating a different experience. I discovered Trent to be a straight talker, and I appreciate that. I did my research and knew what I wanted as far as model and options. When the time came to make the purchase, Trent came through with the exact trade in allowance, and options that I wanted with the terms I was comfortable with. This buying experience exceeded all my expectations. Throughout the whole process, I was expecting something to go wrong but it never did. I selected my model, color, and options. Ordering, delivery, finance rate, and trade in allowance all met or exceeded my expectations.
