There was no pressure applied, we took our time, and are very happy with the results. He took the time to stay in touch with us even when we delayed the purchase for a time. He also showed us the features on the car to make sure we could use them before we drove away. Traci took us through all the steps of the financial process and explained clearly what all the options were, so we could decide what suited us best. We laughed a lot during the process which is not something I had ever associated with car buying. More
