When I walked into Tucson Subaru, I was greeted pleasantly, and shown models by Kevin Mcdougall, who was very well informed and specifically answered my particular questions. His soft-spoken manner was very appealing. The car sold itself. I returned the next day to pick out a car, using the Costco member car buying plan to set the price, which was astonishingly agreeable. No haggling and a further discount in added amenities. All this was handled by Rudy Burneo, who took pains to be clear about the cost of each item. It was all very transparent and user-friendly. Next, I met with Traci Roberts, who explained all the optional warranties. Historically, I have avoided all these offers out of hand. Traci pointed out how much electronic equioment cars have now, compared to 14 years ato, and how the desert climate destroys plastic and rubber, compared to road salt and rust back east. I told her my budget and we managed to develop a package of extendee coverage that fit my needs, much to my great surprise, and I did not feel tricked or used, just gratified that my new car now has a cushion of support. My car was ready to drive off the lot in the time it took to do the paperwork. Rudy walked me through all the details. Happy! Happy! Of all the cars I have ever bought.., I am 68 and keep my cars until they die....this has been the smoothest, most gratifying purchase experience. I am sure the Costco process helped, but they refer me to Tucson Subaru for a reason. Great car, best buying experience in 46 years of buying cars. More

Traci has a large personality and has a great sense of humor, going out of her way to be helpful in the process. I cannot say enough about the products and this dealership. if you are thinking about a subaru, make sure you go to this dealer and ask for Jack. More

I did a test drive in El Paso of the vehicle I was interested in, the Subaru XV Crosstrek. I emailed the El Paso dealership with a couple of questions and I sent him a text message on my phone. Days went by without a response. I had definitely shown interest in buying a vehicle from this dealership, but their lack of attention to my initial question made me concerned as to how they might handle any required service to the vehicle in the future! Since the distance to Tucson was very doable, I contacted (email) Trent Nichols at Tucson Subaru. I let him know what vehicle I had in mind, what options and color etc. Trent emailed me immediately. He had the exact vehicle I was looking for, with all the bells and whistles I wanted. I asked him to give me an "out the door" price so I could review it and discuss it with my husband. That very same day, I got his price quote and it was a very reasonable offer. I set up an appointment with him the following day and drove to Tucson. I was immediately greeted by staff and the buying process began. Everything went so smooth it almost didn't seem real. Trent was very pleasant to work with and completely explained the "layout" of the car. It was the easiest car buying experience of my life. The final paperwork was done by Traci Roberts. This sweet lady has the best personality in the world. Great sense of humor and knows how to do her job without a hitch! She explained the many additional options I had to choose from and was able to do so in an easy to understand manner. She truly made the experience delightful. After doing business with Trent and Traci, I can't imagine wanting to go any other place for my car buying experience! More

Even though I knew what I wanted and not new to the brand Trent was never pushy or preoccupied like I've dealt with at other brand dealerships. We also got to deal with our favorite finance person Traci. As always she was awesome. Explained everything to me and Had me out of there in no time and feeling awesome about my purchase.
