Steve listened while I explained my car needs and took me for a test ride in a Forester. After very little hassle and negotiating I bought the car I test drove. Traci Roberts made the leasing process quick and easy and she was helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured by either employee and was happy to drive home in my new car. More

2015 Forester This was the second Forester I bought from CJ Nichols. My first was a 2014 that I loved, but it was destroyed in a hailstorm! When I settled with the insurance company I went right back to CJ for a new 2015. He's a great guy to work with and goes out of his way to help find what you are looking for. He's straight forward; not pushy; not a "used car salesman" kind of guy. And Traci Roberts was also great to work with in the Finance Dept. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. I hate buying vehicles, but CJ and Traci made it far less stressful! More

Got a great deal - even enjoyed the experience Went to look at a Subaru because I needed something to pull a small trailer. Had conversed with Rudy Burneo on the internet once or twice before - he was very knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy. We took two cars out on rides around town and settled on the Outback. I was not buying a car - I didn't even take the vehicle I was trading in. Rudy went through everything about the car and about what he could offer. I told him how much I would needed for my trade-in and we were able to get a deal done. Excellent price - 0 percent interest - and by the way he said you can bring your trade-in tomorrow and drop it off. No pain No pushy salesperson stuff like at two other dealerships I had been to in the past month. Traci in finance was just as great. All together it was a great experience - and not my first rodeo - so I know great when I see it. More

Tucson Subaru is a model dealership! We don't buy new cars very often...but when we do, we generally know exactly what we want. The thing we don't like is having to go through the car buying process. Even though we had never set foot on the Tucson Subaru lot, it felt very comfortable and welcoming right from the start. Got EXACTLY what I wanted :) Both Trent and Traci were wonderful to work with. Trent worked my case days before I went in and did a lot of work to get me exactly what i wanted. I started out thinking I wanted to try something different but ended up drawn to what I had originally wanted years ago. Trent didn't try to change my mind or get me in anything I didn't like. He was wonderful in understanding my financial needs. Traci was quick and funny and went over all the details of different options I could add. Overall even though they were VERY busy they still did what they could to make it a great buying experience. More
