I went in just to do a test drive and have my trade in evaluated and left with the car I have wanted for years without feeling any pressure or uncomfortableness normally associated with the car buying experience. I was a little nervous as I went there alone, but felt completely comfortable and at ease after my arrival. From the test drive to the financing the experience was truly the best. Traci (financing) was very helpful and considerate in explaining my options without making me feel like I was locked into particular transactions or extra options. Across the state for a new subaru STI I found the car of my dreams at Tucson Subaru, but unfortunately I live in Prescott, Az. I found my car on their website and set up an appointment with Trent to come down and see it. 200 miles in a 4 hour drive just to come check it out. When I got there, I was greeted with a smile. I showed up about an hour early for my appointment just so I could walk around and check the place out. They had a great selection of cars, but I was drawn to the one I came down for. Trent showed up half an hour early and made time to see me. We promptly got in the car and went for a test drive(something the Subaru dealer up here wouldn't let me do). I was immediately in love with it. When we got back, we went to his office and started on the paper work. He was very straightforward with everything, no add-ons except for the window tint, and that was still at a much lower price than any other dealership I have been to. The pricing on the car was under invoice so I couldn't have been happier. I then met with Traci do the financing paperwork. She was great. Gave me a breakdown and options for warranty, security system upgrade, and the other options they had. The whole car buying process only took about an hour and a half after the test drive. Fastest experience of my life and couldn't be more happy. Before I left, we did a final walk around on the car to double check for any damages or anything wrong with the car. I found some bubbles in the tint, and they went ahead and fixed it there before I left on my drive home to Prescott. If I ever plan on buying another Subaru, or if you are thinking of buying one, there is no other dealer I would go to. A++++ best experience More

They listened to us and then guided us through the process. We ended up with the perfect (for us) vehicle, a 2014 Forester. I have found all of the staff -- sales and service -- to be courteous, professional and understanding. If you are looking for a vehicle in Tucson, I recommend you start at Tucson Subaru. In our case, it was the first and only stop in our journey, and I'm glad we found them first. More

I WAS LOOKING FOR A MORE ECONOMICAL SOLUTION FOR MY CURRENT LUXURY INFINITY FX35 SUV. I NARROWED MY SEARCH DOWN TO 4 THAT I FELT BEST FIT MY NEEDS AND WERE TOP RUNNERS IN THE CONSUMER REPORTS STUDIES. I DROVE EACH CAR I WAS CONSIDERING AND WEIGHED MY OPTIONS CAREFULLY. THE CARS I TESTED INCLUDED THE TOYOTA PRIUSV HYBRID, MAZDA CX-5, SUBURU CROSSTREK HYBRID AND THE SUBARU FORESTER. MY FINAL CHOICE WAS THE 2015 SUBURU FORESTER 2.5i LIMITED MODEL. I LOVE THIS CAR! NOT ONLY DOES IT HAVE ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES I WANTED INCLUDING LEATHER SEATS, POWER DRIVER SEAT, NAVIGATION, POWER REAR DOOR, MOON ROOF, BUT IT HAS THE NEW EYESIGHT DRIVER ASSIST SYSTEM WHICH BRINGS SAFETY TO A NEW LEVEL. I FEEL SAFE IN THIS CAR! I LOVE THE WAY IT DRIVES AND THE VISIBILITY IS FAR BETTER THAN ANY CAR I'VE EVER DRIVEN. I WAS WORRIED GOING FROM LUXURY TO A MORE ECONOMICAL CAR WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR ME, BUT I AM GETTING MUCH MORE FOR MY MONEY AND AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THIS CAR HAS JUST AS MUCH LUXURY FOR ABOUT $10,000 LESS THAN I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR A NEW INFINITY. EVEN THOUGH I HAD DECIDED ON THE FORESTER, I WAS WILLING TO WALK IF I DIDN'T FEEL SATISFIED WITH THE FINAL DEAL. I HAD SEVERAL OTHER OPTIONS THAT I WAS CONSIDERING, BUT I REALLY WANTED TO MAKE THE FORESTER WORK. AFTER A COUPLE OF ROUNDS OF NEGOTIATION I GOT THE DEAL I WANTED AND AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I GOT A FAIR TRADE IN VALUE FOR MY INFINITY AND THEY DISCOUNTED THE PRICE OF THE CAR ENOUGH TO HIT MY GOAL FOR FINANCING. EVERYONE I WORKED WITH AT TUCSON SUBARU WAS PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, AND WORKED HARD TO GIVE ME THE DEAL I WANTED. IT TRULY WAS AN EASY AND FAST EXPERIENCE. MY SALES PERSON - KEVIN WOESSNER WAS THE BEST. I LOVED HIS NO PRESSURE, GOOD LISTINER APPROACH AND HE REALLY HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS GETTING AND HOW IT COMPARED TO OTHER MODELS I WAS CONSIDERING. I WANT TO POINT OUT HE DIDN'T JUST TALK THE DIFFERENCES HE SHOWED ME THE DIFFERENCES BY GOING ONLINE AND PROVING HIS POINTS. I TRUSTED HIM FROM THE BEGINNING AND HE IS PART OF THE REASON I FINALLY WENT WITH TUCSON SUBARU. Trent worked with me to find a vehicle that suited my needs and that was with in my budget. He even reduced the price of the vehicle to make the deal happen. Trent has good communication and people skills. He picked me up from the airport in the vehicle that I was going to purchase so I can see the vehicle in person and test drive it. All of the purchase agreement paperwork was ready. Traci walked me through the signature process, explained all of the documents to my satisfaction, and provided me with the necessary copies. Trent had the vehicle detailed and provided me with a full tank of complimentary gas for my four (4) road trip back home. I cannot say enough positive things about Trent and the Tucson Subaru family. He is definitely an asset to Tucson Subaru, and I look forward to purchasing similar “quality” vehicles from Trent in the future. More
