I had no previous experience with Suburu, and I was wowed by the straightforward approach to selling exhibited by this dealership. I've walked out of a lot of dealerships without buying because nobody would by the straightforward approach to selling exhibited by this dealership. I've walked out of a lot of dealerships without buying because nobody would give me a list price on a specific car. Curt was so easy to work with, and we found the car I bought within just a few minutes of my arrival. He explained all the terms to me clearly and took my deposit, with the understanding that I'd return for the final paperwork and pick up the car after I'd had money transferred into my checking account. The whole transaction took only a little over an hour. When I returned yesterday to pick up and car, Traci walked me through all the paperwork efficiently and explained everything clearly. She answered my questions, and when we were finished, she turned me back over to Curt, who gave me a quick review of all the buttons and features, programmed my gate opener into the car for me, and sent me on my way with a bouquet of roses. I remain amazed at how little time the whole process took and how skilled and efficient both Curt and Traci are--two employees who leave a buyer with the certainty that Suburu is an agency that will offer the kind of reliability and treatment that any buyer hopes for. I'm certain that I'll have just as good an experience with the service department in the years to come. I'm delighted! I didn't answer question #2, as that appears to apply to the service department. I needed to buy a new car and intended to get another Honda CRV... but I'd heard a few good things about Subaru so my brother and I stopped by to check out Subaru's before going over to Honda. CJ came out to greet us and quickly narrowed down what I was looking for. He explained and demonstrated the unique features of the 2014 Forester, including the boxer engine and smooth transmission. I was so impressed, two days later we went back for a test drive and to talk about price. I bought the Forester at my third visit. Throughout the whole process CJ was always friendly, professional and personable. He answered my questions thoroughly and in fact anticipated questions and needs. I was also pleased with Traci Roberts, the finance manager, who was clearly experienced and competent, and at the same time friendly and down to earth. CJ is an exceptionally knowledgeable salesperson. He had sold Honda before he came to Subaru, so he compared Honda's and Subaru's for me. He clearly believes in what he sells and I could see he's comfortable with a wide variety of people, customers and colleagues. I think he could easily move into management or training other salespeople, but I suspect he might want to continue with sales. He gives the impression that he loves his job... and it's nice to do business with someone like that. More

I've been thinking about buying a Subaru for a while. When Tucson Subaru moved to a new location I decided to go take a look. I was met by Curt, who did a fantastic job of showing me what makes Subaru When Tucson Subaru moved to a new location I decided to go take a look. I was interested in the Forester, and he did a great job of explaining the differences between the models. Instead of stressful, the process of actually purchasing the car was quite relaxed. Traci made the process very straight forward, and I didn’t feel pressured to add extras; although I did add the ones I wanted. When I brought the car in a couple of days later for window tinting and Xzilon coating I was given a loaner; once again, a pleasant experience. Ivan, my service person, was extremely helpful and friendly. This was the first time that I actually enjoyed the process of buying a car! More

We bought a car for our daughter who is leaving for college. Kevin was amazing. He was patient and showed us every car available to us in Tucson, even the ones not on his own lot. I bought an Impreza for my son and Jack was very helpful in solving some illness issues that my son and husband had which kept them from coming with me to the dealership. Jack recommended I take the car home and I was able to show my son and husband the car, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. Traci was great in finance and we finished the paperwork very quickly. The parts fellas were super and very helpful regarding the accessories for the car. One of the sales managers, Loren made sure I knew if there were any questions that I could call and then he helped Jack put on my wheel locks! The dealership is a great size, not too big. You don't feel like you are being ushered in and out if you aren't buying at that moment. A nice car buying experience! More
