While trying to buy out my lease they only dealt with me though email, wouldn’t confirm what I needed to get a check for to buy it out. Then day when I picked it up I showed up and finance wasn’t aware I wa though email, wouldn’t confirm what I needed to get a check for to buy it out. To buy a vehicle and do my own finance should be that hard . Seams like once you don’t wanna finance or get another new vehicle they don’t care .
