Once the test drives were complete we got into a short negotiation, and settled on exactly the right price. From there it was smooth sailing. They detailed and charged my new car while I signed off on the paperwork with finance manager Tracie who was also amazing. Everyone was very friendly, low stress, and I felt like I actually got a good deal. I've never had a smoother experience when purchasing a car.
