There was an issue finding the appointment for my husband and a gentleman figured it out for him but there was a lady at the front desk that was extremely rude. I wish I got her name. When didn’t see his name right away, instead of trying to look up the phone number, an email, correctly spelling his name, she tried to just send him away & make him schedule another appointment. Luckily, another worker overheard and actually did their job and found him in the system. Any questions my husband asked was met with a rude and sarcastic response. More
