NOT SO at Larson Ford, specifically Chris Bristow. What a kind and compassionate gentleman-he exhibited the necessary humanistic skills in understanding our needs in such a difficult situation. He showed his patience in assessing the whole situation, not just the small piece of the puzzle. After a careful analysis, and utilizing all his resources, he placed us in a car that most suited our needs financially which resulted in a very happy couple. Chris Bristow is a valuable asset to your organization. I had to ask,"where did he come from?" because you rarely come across a person so genuine and caring. Great experience with Billy Fairgrieve We went to look at Ford Escape but explained we were just exploring and not ready to buy. Billy Fairgrieve was fabulous. When we went over the numbers the 0% financing and rebate was attractive and we were offered a fair price for our car. Then we were offered a deal too good to walk away from and surprised ourselves by buying !
