He walked us through every question and concern and was very patient and helpful every step of the way! Tracy was also so pleasant to work with. She was super sweet to our 8 month old daughter, and went out of our way to make us comfortable with all of the decisions that we had to make. More

Pressure free sales great experience Loved that I wasn't attacked at the door. Loved my sales person he wanted to make my visit stress free and he did. While we loved our Subaru, we found the Edge to be a very substantial vehicle with many technology options. We stopped at Larson and met Robert Barranger. Robert was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about what the Edge Titanium offered and all it available options. We came away with a real sense of the vehicle and Larson Ford enough to convince us that this was the dealership and sales consultant we wanted to deal with. Robert went the extra mile to give us a very competitive price on the vehicle. I also have to say that my interactions with Tracy Black, Business Manager, made the transaction a very pleasant experience. Tracy, like Robert, was a big reason why we decided to purchase our new car from Larson. Further, when we picked up our car, Robert was extremely patient and helpful helping us to understand how we could use all of the vehicle's options to enhance our driving experience. When I told him that I never jump into buying ANYTHING quickly and would probably need to sleep on making my decision he completely understood and did not pressure me to make a rash decision. Buying a car is a huge investment and I appreciate that I was not pressured or forced to act quickly. More

Best car dealer ever! After a very bad visit to a local Ford dealer, I went online and found the exact car I wanted at Larson. Sent on online inquiry and received an email After a very bad visit to a local Ford dealer, I went online and found the exact car I wanted at Larson. Sent on online inquiry and received an email and call from Michele within hours. Larson was glad to take the offer that I had made to the first dealer who had turned it down. Michele set me up with a salesman, Robert, based on when it was convenient for me to come pick the car up. When I arrived, my car was waiting out front for me, beautifully detailed. Robert took me outside and went over everything in the car and synced my cell phone. Robert then took me to Tracy to wrap up the finance work and we were on our way in about an hour. I can't remember the last time I was anywhere that made me feel like a valued customer. It was a little bit of a drive but the easy and stress free sale was well worth it. Thank you Larson! More
