Bill was great with finding what I wanted and everything was straightforward it was like Bill and I were friends for years. He was able to get me out of a truck I was stuck in and into a new Ford Edge and I love it. Dealing with Tracy in finance was a breeze she is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help with everything. She explained everything in great detail and was a pleasure to work with.
