Easy to purchase a car at this dealer I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and when it came in the Jeep dealer could not put the sidesteps on the vehicle. Never told me that until I was leaving I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and when it came in the Jeep dealer could not put the sidesteps on the vehicle. Never told me that until I was leaving to pick up the car. I decided to look into other cars. Test drove a 2017 leftover Explorer and loved it. The Platinum model. Looked online and found a 2018 Explorer at Larson which was fully loaded with everything I wanted. Sidesteps, roof rack, mud flaps, cargo liner you name it they added everything on the car which is a Platinum and has everything already. Bucket back seats with console. I am from Bergen County and worked with Tim Pellicano over the phone to do all the paperwork. Picked up the car and met Robert Barranger who was one of the nicest guys and extremely helpful. Jaz Foster stepped me through all the options on the car which are many she knows this car inside and out. Tracy in finance made the paperwork painless and quick. I am glad I found this dealership and it was worth the trip to Lakewood to deal with such nice helpful and easygoing sales professionals. I would recommend anyone from North Jersey to work with this team. Very happy and love the Explorer Platinum so much more then the Jeep. We wanted to upgrade from lease Cherokee to an Explorer size vehicle. Al, our sales associate was very professional, listened, and cared for our needs. His demeanor wasn't overbearing and intimidating like a typical dealership. We explained how we did research on additional vehicles, and we initially wanted to test drive with no pressure on the spot. He completely understood about us feeling comfortable in our decision to explore other manufacturers. We returned to pick up our Explorer, Big John got us out of our Cherokee lease and worked out an outstanding price, with some extras too. Tracy made the paperwork easy and painless, and didn't feel a business transaction. Very professional service, straight to the point with no high pressure, and limited added fees (tire and wheel protection). More

Our salesman is Bobby Barranger for This is my 3 car I've purchased from Larson Ford and by far the best experience from a ford dealer or any dealer!! Our salesman is Bobby Barranger for all 3 and I can't say enough about him! He works harder than any other salesman to get you what you want and the best deal he can. We love Larson so much that we drive 45 miles each way just to get to them meanwhile passing about 10 other ford dealers. Just as an example of customer service Bobby uninstalled my tonneau in my old truck and installed it for me in my new truck! 6 more months we will be back for another explorer for my wife and I look forward to it!! Two For Two!!! I just cannot say enough about this entire dealership for many reasons!!! This is the second car in less then two years that we have purchased at Lars I just cannot say enough about this entire dealership for many reasons!!! This is the second car in less then two years that we have purchased at Larson Ford & we will never go anywhere else again! First, Rob Larson is always willing to get involved as a hands on owner. Secondly, The whole staff is so professional! My first salesman was amazing but was no longer there. However when I reached out to him on the initial first call on the second car he immediately returned my call and recommended Captain Ron Hrank who was spot on too! Capt.Ron was experienced, honest & made it a pleasant experience for us & he will be our new salesperson going forward. I also want to take a moment to mention Timothy Pellicano, the General Sales Manager, Tracy Black in Finance & lastly a shout out to Jazmyn Foster who assisted my husband with all the "bells & whistles" on his new car! The place is spotlessly clean, the service department is super efficient and even the coffee was good! :) Everyone, even if they were not directly involved were friendly & helpful & I will continue to recommend all these folks at Larson Ford!
