Excellent sales and finance department I got exactly what I wanted for less then what I expected to pay after doing my research. The experience was quick and Sean and Tracy were profession I got exactly what I wanted for less then what I expected to pay after doing my research. Prior to going to Larson Ford, we went to Honda Universe in Tomsriver and the difference between the sales rep is insane. In and out in hour and a half I started the purchase process on the Ford website, locating my truck and pre-qualifying for financing on a Saturday morning. Robert Barranger reached out to me not long after that and we spoke for about 15 minutes, unfortunately I couldn't get there until Monday morning. No problem, a small $50 refundable deposit held the truck and I showed up at 9 am Monday morning. They evaluated my trade, gave me very close to the number I had in my head without asking me what I wanted for the trade (a first for any of my car purchases from other dealers) and the deal was done in an hour and half. Painless, fast, no pressure and most importantly everyone involved (Robert and Tracy) were courteous and respectful of me and my time. More
