Very upset at how my “new” vehicle was handled. Received a call on Friday my new car had arrived but it had “minor” damage. A “small crack” on the plastic and someone would call me Monday after th Received a call on Friday my new car had arrived but it had “minor” damage. A “small crack” on the plastic and someone would call me Monday after the shop looked at it. No one called me all week. I called back the next Friday inquiring what was going on. I was told the bumper cover should be arriving within the next 30 minutes. I told them I would like to see pictures of the damage to the vehicle before I spent that amount of money. I was ignored. Needless to say I did not purchase the vehicle, I told them I wasn’t interested in purchasing a “new” vehicle at new vehicle prices that already needed body work done. I guess some unsuspecting soul paid new prices for a vehicle that was damaged on delivery. More

Service after the sale is key. This dealership fails in that area. Purchase was great. Love my Hyundai Venue. Problem was getting them to complete the paperwork for my out of state tags that I wanted trans that area. Purchase was great. Love my Hyundai Venue. Problem was getting them to complete the paperwork for my out of state tags that I wanted transferred from my vehicle that I traded, in a timely manner. It took from May 30th to October 5th with lots of phone calls, and texts and sending them my updated insurance info (because they took so long that what I gave them initially was out of date by the time they actually submitted it) to finally get it all straight. They conveniently claimed they could not reach their out of state dmv contact. I almost got a fine because of all this. Once everything was explained/proved to the DMV, they waived the fine. They could definitely keep the customer better informed of what the status is if there is any issues in the future instead of the customer having to call and badger them for info. Definitely did not feel like I was important after the sale. After all that, I will never venture back to Virginia for a "deal" no matter how good it is. Sorry to say that this one dealership ruined it for all the others but it definitely left a sour taste as far as I'm concerned. Needless to say I won't be recommending this one to anyone. More
