The car was not cleaned; I took the vehicle home in maintenance mode, the manager agreed to send a tech to my house after I refused to drive the car back to the dealership because of safety hazard. They initially gave me 6.85 interest rate even though I have excellent credit. When I refused to purchase the car at that rate, they offered 4.6. The finance lady said they did not offer me that rate, but her screen clearly showed 5.1 - .50 which equates to 4.6. She refused to change it and financed at 4.85; I was tired after being there for several hours, but I did not appreciate her basically calling me a liar. She made the mistake and did not want to change the paperwork. More
