Courteous, friendly, professionals Our first experience with this dealership was for a recall on our 2013 Outback. From the initial phone call to Glenn in service through to the complet Our first experience with this dealership was for a recall on our 2013 Outback. From the initial phone call to Glenn in service through to the completion of the recall, everyone in the service department was great. While there Glenn introduced us to Travis in sales. Travis, who is extremely knowledgeable of Subaru's, spent a great deal of time showing us the features of new Outbacks and answering our many questions. We were considering a new vehicle at some point, probably a year down the road. We went back to see Travis a couple of weeks after the recall service to ask more questions and to do a test drive. We were planning to become a one vehicle family and wanted to see if we should rule the Outback in or out of contention. Well, after careful consideration, and a great buying experience, we drove our new 2018 Outback home that afternoon! To make our trade transition easier for us Travis rode with us to our home to pickup our trade thus saving us a trip back to the dealership (45 miles one-way). Service with a smile! Dusty was very informative during the financing process and made the process simple and enjoyable. Tina's training session relating to the many features of navigation, media, and security was excellent. We were looking for a great car and a great Dealership and we found both! More

2018 Forrester We went there to buy a Subaru Forrester. Travis met us as we drove up. He showed us what vehicles were in inventory that we were interested in. It did take some time to do the dealer trade due to traffic on the freeways Tina also went over the vehicle with us showing all the features. She helped us with the technical part of the vehicle. New Subaru ever I had been referred to Subaru by my niece. I was skeptical but my husband was not. He wanted me to go to Subaru but I was set on Toyota. So I test I had been referred to Subaru by my niece. I was skeptical but my husband was not. He wanted me to go to Subaru but I was set on Toyota. So I test drove both models with the Subaru being first. After I started driving the Toyota, I new the Subaru was the one. In going back to make the purchase, everyone there was fantastic. Our initial salesman Travis was with another client but another young man came right over and started helping us so we wouldn't have to wait. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. going over all of the features was a little overwhelming but Tina was very thorough and patient. It was a fantastic car buying experience. More

Great Experience!! With an immediate need for a replacement vehicle, after being in a 4 car collision, I had two make and model in mind. I wanted one that is safe and af With an immediate need for a replacement vehicle, after being in a 4 car collision, I had two make and model in mind. I wanted one that is safe and affordable. I checked out the first make but the safety features I was looking for was not available and it was not affordable. I then went to the second make, which was Subaru Superstore in Surprise. Travis met us at the parking lot with a firm handshake and a smile. He wasn't pushy and I felt at easy with him. He then showed us the model I wanted and to my surprise he showed us the engine, briefed us on how it is made and how the brakes and engine was structured that should there be a collision I would be safe. I was so impressed with his know how of the vehicle. Charles Inman joined us and assured us that we have approached the right place and further assured us that they will make it affordable for us so we can go home with a Subaru. Indeed, they made it easy and to my surprise, for a car that was full of the safety features that I was looking for, it was affordable. It did not end there. Before I could drive it home, Tina showed me the dashboard and explained how each and every switch works and she even helped me with installing the app on my phone to be synchronized to the vehicle. I have never experienced such in my having to lease vehicles in the past. I was just so impressed. Thereafter, paper works were processed and Shelby made it easy for us to complete the required document. Finally, we were on our way with my brand new Quartz Blue Pearl colored 2018 Subaru Forester. For Subaru of Surprise I could say the staff was so accommodating and helpful the place was clean and orderly and the snack they served was delicious. Our overall experience that day was just great!! And we thank the Lord for everything that happened that day :) More

We did not have to worry about that at the Subaru Superstore in Surprise. Very polite, helpful, well-informed, professional service is what we experienced. Because we were there at 5:00 PM, they offered us a sandwich, cookie, and beverage. They understood that decisions are difficult on an empty stomach! We are thrilled with our 2018 Outback! And thanks for the delicious chicken and walnut sandwich from Panera! More

When we were ready we walked towards show room and Travis came out. He was absolutely the nicest car salesperson I have worked with. After a quick drive he put some numbers together and we were not ready to buy as we had other cars to look at. He wanted us to meet his sales manager which we did and then we were on our way. We did end up coming back after test driving other cars we were interested in. We told them what we were willing to pay and they worked with us quickly. Dusty was the finance manager we worked with and that experience was swift and painless. We talked about cars and he shared his personal experience with us. Felt more like just hanging with a car enthusiast instead of purchasing a vehicle. After we meet with Tina and she went over the whole car with me so I could drive up feeling a little more comfortable with my new vehicle. Every person we came into contact with was just out of this world nice. More
