I went in for a three-year battery. Travis Howell the service writer was amazing. He listen to my secondary condition with my brakes. He was able to duplicate the car not stopping correctly. He came back service writer was amazing. He listen to my secondary condition with my brakes. He was able to duplicate the car not stopping correctly. He came back to me a little bit later and stated I had an extended warranty that I was getting a free loaner car and I was unable to drive my car because it needed a brake booster assembly. He also explained that because I had an extended warranty on the vehicle and that all would be covered for the brake booster. Joshua Massengale the service tech, who is also amazing, was able to quickly install the brake booster, the next day and install a three-year battery. Gentlemen, I cannot thank you enough and appreciate you both for excelling in your professions. Job well done. More
