Dalton was an excellent sales person to work with, for me. One thing about me in particular is I detest dealing with sales people. I cannot stand when sales people try to upsell and get you to spend more me. One thing about me in particular is I detest dealing with sales people. I cannot stand when sales people try to upsell and get you to spend more money. I already knew what I wanted when I walked into Honda so I was very pleased when I got Dalton as my sales representative. He seemed to understand that and did not try to force other sales my way. I got Samantha as a Tech rep to show me all the features on my new car. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable and explained everything well. I had a good experience up until this point. When I reached the final step in the process, finance, I met Travis. While he seems like a good person I was not impressed with his people skills. He seemed like the typical kind of "sales person" with a fake personality. He tried rushing me through the process, did not explain things very well and tried to push me to purchase extra packages to finance through them. In the future, I would like to go back to Mohawk Honda to purchase another vehicle. Omitting the final financing portion of my purchase, I had a good experience there. More

Mohawk was ve We test drove the car we wanted at another dealership and solicited offers through Truecar and by direct contact with other dealerships. Mohawk was very aggressive with pricing and ultimately provided us with the best offer for the color/ trim we wanted. Patricia was great as a salesperson and liaison between Cameron. She scheduled our appointment and made sure the car was ready for us upon arrival. Cameron was accommodating and took well to our straight-forward approach. Travis was a bit more insistent with selling upgrade packages, but ultimately we left without much hassle. Overall, I wish more questions were asked about financing beforehand, as we had to wait an additional day to get approval from our preferred lender since they were closed by the time we sat down. In the end, we got everything we wanted and are happy thus far. More
