I have been to a few other dealerships and then decided to look online, and found Mohawk Honda about 2 1/2 hours from where I live. They have the exact car that I wanted with all of the room, the fuel efficiency, and features I was desiring. Alex, Travis, and all of the team members at this dealership were hands-down the best car professionals I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve bought a lot of cars. From kindness to patience, they went bean over and beyond anything I’ve ever seen to make sure my experience was absolutely exceptional. The team at Mohawk Honda has truly made me feel like family and I am super excited to get again own a Honda! Highly recommend no matter where you live! More

Jake Doyle was a fantastic salesman and helped us find the perfect vehicle. The entire team, from the Delivery Specialist to the Manager were great. During our walk through at pickup, the Delivery Specialist noticed the remote for our entertainment system was not in the car. They ordered another. When we got home, there was a chip in our windshield that hadn't been noticed at pickup. We contacted our salesman, who asked when we could bring it in and have it repaired. There were no arguments or issues that were not immediately resolved. Everything on their end was extremely smooth and we were very happy with the experience. We will definitely venture back for our next vehicle. More

Streamlining to one person would be ideal and save time but maybe that's not a possibility(?). Disappointing experience with the finance department. I felt they told me what I needed to hear to get me in the door and then when we FINALLY got down to actual figures it wasn't in line with my expectation (an expectation that they had set for me). When I suggested as much I felt like it was turned around on me, like I was the one being difficult. Definitely an awkward exchange and not what I would expect at Mohawk (I'm on my 3rd vehicle from them). Ultimately they made good on their original offer which is a positive. I just don't prefer to go through that kind of hassle for a fair deal. My 2 previous experiences were much better. More

Prince explained the features of the car and easily answered all my questions in easy to understand language. Travis Landry handled the financial details.
