Bought a new car from them. Had a pleasant experience with the sales department. Found a relatively new, used car that we liked that seemed to be in good condition. And then we Had a pleasant experience with the sales department. Found a relatively new, used car that we liked that seemed to be in good condition. And then we drove it for a few days. The car consistently makes 5 binging noises every time the car starts. So, we turned it over to the service department to fix the issue with our new car. Five weeks later . . . Service department doesn't return our calls. Contacting anyone at all has required us to repeatedly call them until someone grudgingly answers the phone. And they seem to be utterly incapable of diagnosing the problem. After many weeks, and a number of rather heated conversations on the subject, they may have finally ( crossed fingers ) figured out the problem. It took them five weeks to learn how to reset a check oil indicator . . . Meanwhile, we had already come to more or less the exact same conclusion after about 30 minutes spent on google. I would not trust these people to provide service for a child's tricycle, let alone a new expensive vehicle. More

Travis and Blake fixed an issue the other finance made put me in. These two were wonderful not other guy needs to be fired as he was going to cost me a lot of money. These guys took great care of me and were reasonable with the offer for my trade in. Travis had a no pressure sales approach and was very patient with my wife and I when it came time to make a deal.
