Because I had recently purchased a Kona, I reached out on her behalf and had the pleasure of speaking with Travis. He was polite, professional, and very courteous. So . . . when our daughter was financially ready ( about 6 months later) to purchase a car, I REMEMBERED Travis and reached out to him once again. I live in Tennessee and our daughter is stationed on an Air Force base in Fairbanks, Alaska (which is 6 hours away from Anchorage). During the process of helping us to navigate the financing process, Travis was VERY helpful, HONEST, and transparent about what to expect during the process of purchasing a vehicle from Lithia Hyundai. When our daughter was ready to purchase her vehicle, she flew to Anchorage and they picked her up and transported her safely to their dealership and he helped her to make the purchase. . .
