I am very grateful for the EXCELLENT assistance that my daughter and I received from Travis Richardson during the process of purchasing a vehicle from Lithia Hyundai. I first spoke to Travis more than 6 mths ago because I wanted to help our daughter find a good, dependable car. Because I had recently purchased a Kona, I reached out on her behalf and had the pleasure of speaking with Travis. He was polite, professional, and very courteous. So . . . when our daughter was financially ready ( about 6 months later) to purchase a car, I REMEMBERED Travis and reached out to him once again. I live in Tennessee and our daughter is stationed on an Air Force base in Fairbanks, Alaska (which is 6 hours away from Anchorage). During the process of helping us to navigate the financing process, Travis was VERY helpful, HONEST, and transparent about what to expect during the process of purchasing a vehicle from Lithia Hyundai. When our daughter was ready to purchase her vehicle, she flew to Anchorage and they picked her up and transported her safely to their dealership and he helped her to make the purchase. . . I appreciated that Travis remained responsive during the ENTIRE process and I felt VERY safe sending our daughter to do business with him in Anchorage. . . Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend him! Walk past the other salesman and wait, if there is a line, for Travis. All car salesman are not created equal. Some are much better. Travis is in the elite. Buying a car is easy when the salesma line, for Travis. All car salesman are not created equal. Some are much better. Travis is in the elite. Buying a car is easy when the salesman doesn’t waste your time or play nickel and dime games. This is why Travis is selling cars like he’s on a winning streak. He’s a genuine person who sells cars. His goal doesn’t seem to be selling cars. It seems to be making good deals that help you get into the car you can afford with a car loan you won’t regret down the road. Travis showed me the car I wanted and nothing else. He gave me loan options. I never felt any sense of a sales pitch or pressure. After purchase follow up was 100% there. Travis followed up to ask how the vehicle was doing and was available to continue making sure my needs were met and that I was a satisfied customer. Give Travis a chance if you’re in the market. I have a lot of faith that you will not be disappointed. 10/10 recommend. More
