Service Advisor was good, but the wait time is terrible. My appointment is at 10:50am. and i got out at 1:00pm. It took 2hrs just for an oil change. It only takes 30 to 45mins for an oil change whenever i b My appointment is at 10:50am. and i got out at 1:00pm. It took 2hrs just for an oil change. It only takes 30 to 45mins for an oil change whenever i bring my other car to its dealership.they don’t offer service or shuttle so you can do other errands while they work on your car. So i have no choice and got stuck waiting unless i pay for an uber service. More
