I scheduled my appointment online, which is my usual way of getting maintenance done on my car (just oil change and tire rotation). This time when I walked in I was promptly notified I am not able to stay i of getting maintenance done on my car (just oil change and tire rotation). This time when I walked in I was promptly notified I am not able to stay in the waiting area, which is what I typically did. The staff member offered me a ride in the shuttle, but I live too far away and didn’t have a ride otherwise so I told them I would be sitting in the lobby. I was able to locate a ride after sitting for about an hour. When I spoke with a staff member in regards to my car, oil was changed but they refused to rotate tires because “there was not a point in it” because my tires would need to be replaced “soon”. I asked them twice to rotate before they agreed. Needless to say, I like my Honda but I will not be returning to the dealership for maintenance. Thankfully, there is now a message online stating customers will need to have a ride if the appointment is scheduled online so hopefully this will change. However per staff, if you call and make an appointment then you are able to wait in the lobby. More

Trent is a great person to work with, but my issue is not with him. He did come get my truck after the repair and fix a flat tire for free, and that is the primary reason I have rated him where I have. I ori with him. I originally brought my truck in for a rattle around the rear sliding window. The Ridgeline was at the dealership for a total of 3 1/2 weeks, and when I got it back the rattle was still there and may have been worse to some degree. I spent 1 hour at home taking out the rear seat and trim pieces and then localizing the rattle to the bottom window track where it was rubbing the groove where it was set into. I spent another hour finding a spacer small enough to fit in between those two pieces, verifying that the noise was gone, and then filling the space with caulk so that they cannot rub together anymore. The rattle is now gone. In a total of 2 hours I was able to fix something that was not fixed at the dealership with 3 1/2 weeks of having my truck. More

I brought in car for oil change. Was told I needed new engine and cabin air filters. I paid $100 plus. I have NEVER considered changing air filter at 9,000 miles. Shame on you. The business had my car for 2 complete days and only once texted me that my car was being attended to. There was NO communication from the dealership. I asked the answering ladies to help me get past the can texted me that my car was being attended to. There was NO communication from the dealership. I asked the answering ladies to help me get past the canned message. When you depend on your car, it is helpful to know where your service of your car stands. No excuse for the lack of communication from the dealership. More
