This was my first visit to this dealership. It took 3 phone calls to get the appointment setup for the right day, they kept scheduling me for the wrong day. Them when I got there and asked for a state inspection, the mechanic said because there was a vibration in the front end, he could not do the safety inspection. Didn't know a vehicle could fail for that. Not going back. More
