I scheduled an appointment for my CRV to have a recall performed. They told me that it would take half a day and to have it there by 9. They told me it would be ready by noon and they would give me a call performed. They told me that it would take half a day and to have it there by 9. They told me it would be ready by noon and they would give me a call when it was ready for pick up. I waited until 3 o'clock and called them to see if it was available and they told me they had not even started in it! They didn't even give a courtesy call to let me know. We were slated to leave early the next morning for vacation so I was not able to leave it. I am very disappointed in the service department and would not recommend it to anyone! They didn't even offer an apology! I still haven't had a chance to take it back since I took a day off to get it fixed. More
