Always trying to sell service The people who work here are nice, but every time I call for an appointment, I get a sales pitch to do this or that to my car (purchased there and has The people who work here are nice, but every time I call for an appointment, I get a sales pitch to do this or that to my car (purchased there and has 32,000 miles). Then when I get there, another push to do transmission and brake services plus rotate tires. Keep in mind I have BRAND NEW tires on the vehicle. Even with an appointment, I am usually there 1.5 hours for an oil change. It is not very convenient and very disappointing to get that sales pitch all the time. I did get a cabin filter ($60). Those people work on commission so it is pressure on them to pressure us. :( More

Car had a defect in the air conditioning from the start Car had a problem from the start. I was hoping to not have a use for the service department. The service was good. I really do not have anything to base this on though. Fixing the air-conditioning system with the new Freon seems to be closer to rocket science than practical knowledge of basic air conditioning. Great people, good deal, slow departure I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey with ~40K mileage in November 2019. Sales people were responsive and courteous. Service department was thorough as u I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey with ~40K mileage in November 2019. Sales people were responsive and courteous. Service department was thorough as usual (I have other vehicles serviced at this dealership). But during a final inspection of the vehicle, it was not well cleaned and detailed as promised, and the lug nut key was missing. After resolving this issue, the vehicle failed to start, but a new battery was quickly installed. I just finished a 1000 mile round trip to Arkansas with no major problems from the car; I will need to replace a rear wiper and some internal components that appeared okay at the time of purchase, but were actually broken or worn out once we used them. Overall, I am pleased with the vehicle and the buying experience, which only required a little more than an hour to sign all the paperwork. More
