Unfortunately to say that I am disappointed with my car buying experience at your dealership is an understatement. The transaction should have been seamless, I was there to buy out my lease, but instead I buying experience at your dealership is an understatement. The transaction should have been seamless, I was there to buy out my lease, but instead I was deceived into a warranty without full disclosure. The process was rushed and my questions were continually being dismissed in regards to the loan and financing options. I was told that the extended warranty would increase my payment by $15 a month but they did not explain that it would increase my loan by another $3,500. I only realized this upon returning home and reviewing the documents. The last page of the packet showed the additional loan amount but my signature was added electronically. This was deceptive because I was not given this document to sign and unaware of the additional loan amount. I came back to the dealership a couple of hours later to have this rectified. I wanted the loan amount to reflect what was owed in the vehicle only since I did not agree to the additional amount but he says it was too late because it was already processed. I was told that they would void the warranty and a check for the additional amount would be sent. Three weeks later I am still waiting for the dealership to send a check to the financial institution for the warranty amount. A complete nightmare. I wanted my payment low and now I’m stuck with the higher payment and loan amount. Shady practice by financing at Napoli preying upon unsuspecting women. Just be honest and give people the facts! You made enough money on the processing fees you charged me. You didn’t need to take advantage and con me into the warranty. Shame on you. More

A few days ago, we leased our second Kia Niro Hybrid from Napoli Kia in Milford, CT. Several dealers in the area were competing for our business, but we went back to Napoli Kia because of our previous good Napoli Kia in Milford, CT. Several dealers in the area were competing for our business, but we went back to Napoli Kia because of our previous good experience there. Our sales consultant, Trevor Sabia, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was always very quick in replying to our e-mails and our questions. General Sales Manager Mr. Sal Liuzzo remembered us from the last time and was very professional, friendly and helpful. He is very interested in his customers and willing to help with the deal. The Finance manager Maurice was well organized and had all the paperwork ready when we came to pick up our new vehicle. Also, from the previous experience, we were happy with the Service Department. They would always send us a timely notice of the next service. We recommended Napoli 'Indoor' Kia to our friends. Yesterday we took our Kia Niro on a 102-mile trip and averaged 61.1 MPG.
