Trevor my sales rep was great. Awesome experience dealing with him. We were able to handle everything via email since I am an out-of-state buyer. Car was ready and waiting when Awesome experience dealing with him. We were able to handle everything via email since I am an out-of-state buyer. Car was ready and waiting when I arrived, and condition was perfect. He was really responsive, answered all my questions, and even arranged for a friend who lives locally to test drive the car before I arrived. Overall, he gets a perfect score. I loved everything about the buying experience except being forced to pay $2000 for two different "mandatory" protection packages that eCarOne forces everyone to buy. I can partially understand the interior and exterior paint protection packages add on, but charging $1000 for 3M edge/door guards and window tinting? Absolutely ridiculous. I really find it hard to believe that eCarOne, based in Texas, adds new window tint to every used car they sell. Assuming that most cars in Texas already have window time, do they really take the existing tint off and re-apply their own tint? Seems pretty dubious to me. More

The buying process was smooth and quick, but maybe a bit too quick. I bought the 2023 Tesla Model X and although a beautiful vehicle, the dealer never made an effort to disclose the battery was degraded by too quick. I bought the 2023 Tesla Model X and although a beautiful vehicle, the dealer never made an effort to disclose the battery was degraded by over 14% (or about 50 miles less than factory). Had I known this before leaving the dealer I would have kept looking as this is on the extreme side for its age and mileage. The same year Model 3 I own has degraded 1-2% in the same time and with more miles on it. Dealers need to step up and ensure they’re transparent (or even aware) about this data for EVs they’re selling. More
