Lease return and upgrade Very long wait whole process took hours BUT I had the best salesman Rashad. One of the nicest people I have ever met. If it wasn’t for him and all his help and calmness and easy going personality I would have left and come another day. I had small children at home w a sitter and I was truly on a time limit. I know it was a Saturday and labor day weekend so I understand why it was so busy. I just think the place needs more people, more desks and more computers! From the start she made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. We explained our situation and our budget and she assured us, that she would get us into the vehicle we wanted. She walked us through the painless process with a big smile. We also chatted with her about our grandchildren and she told us about her nephews. One time I called Megan accidentally on Thursday. That was her day off, Megan told me not to apologize and said "How can I help you" I thought that was so awesome to do that. Overall, an experience we never encounter before.
