This is our second purchase from Jeff Belzer’s. We weren’t sure what vehicle we wanted, but talking to Trisha over email we were able to narrow the list down. We ended up putting a wrench in everything when we changed our minds last minute on the color after the paperwork had been started. We figured we would have to wait a long time to get everything put back together, but they wrapped everything up quickly. When we were asked about accessories we weren’t pressured into anything like other dealerships we’ve been to. Everyone was friendly and relaxed. Trisha knew form our previous commutations that I was a busy man and didn't sit much. Even when I arrived early for our appointment she had the pickup ready for inspection and answered my question intellig busy man and didn't sit much. I noticed that there was a spot that need a little buffing and the next time I saw the truck the spot was shiny. I apricated the complement on how clean my trade in was. She kept the paperwork moving and I moved through the different departments at a quick pace. The young man that sold me the rust proofing package did talk a little faster than I could listen but he had no problem repeating himself. To Jeff Belzer I apricated the team work put forth by your employs as an owner of a small business I realize that not easily accomplished. More

Trisha was enthusiastic and responsive to our questions about the vehicle. Tim, the finance person, was excellent to work with and Hunter, the delivery person, was great at telling us about the vehicle as about the vehicle. The reason for 4 stars is related to an issue with some body molding and their response to my inquiry about fixing it. I am not sure how thorough the certified pre-owned vehicle inspection was as the door molding was falling off after we drove the car home. After inspecting it closer in the daylight, you could see it had obvious visible damage previously even though it may not have been loose or falling off at the time of the inspection. I realize it is a used vehicle and when we did the test drive it was not like this, at least we did not notice it at that time. When asked about the possibility of getting this corrected, Trisha's response was that it is a used vehicle and certification covers mechanical repairs only, not aesthetics and she could ask what the pricing would be to fix it. I got an estimate to fix the molding for under $80.00 from a body shop nearby me. I believe the dealership missed an opportunity to show they truly care about the customers they serve for minimal cost. More

Trisha was helpful, friendly, and patient. I was car shopping on line and expressed an interest in a couple vehicles, when she reached out to me. But I wasn't able to make it to the dealership for a co shopping on line and expressed an interest in a couple vehicles, when she reached out to me. But I wasn't able to make it to the dealership for a couple days. She communicated well via text and e-mail and was ready with key in hand, so I could test drive as soon as I arrived. She wasn't pushy, and reviewed car history (slightly used SUV) and explained additional options available, and financing estimates, and had my trade-in evaluated. We reached agreement the same day. I would recommend dealing with her. More
