I had an appointment at 8am in Monday, they said only half of their technicians showed up for work, so they needed another day. Service forgot to call me and did not return any of my calls. I had to keep calling for someone to answer the phone. Terrible customer service. Not only will I not get service done here I refuse to buy another vehicle and support them s company. More

They were great at diagnosing the issue but I dropped off car Thursday night to get fixed Friday, which turned into sat. Had to cancel plans Sat morning because of this. Your shuttle couldn’t be found the first day I brought car in for service. I got tired of no one knowing where it was and waited roughly 30min for it and decided to just pay for an uber. The most facility is comfortable, clean and a pleasant waiting area in which to wait. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Courtesy shuttle driver was helpful and accommodating.
