No update on my suv. Not returning phone calls and lack of basic customer service. Suv kept there 8 days. I called 3 times and only got voice mail. No email or text about the status of my suv. Had to go up to the dealership. They said they just got the diagnosis from the mechanic. This was on day 4. Took 3 more days to order parts and repair the sensor issue and a gauge. Poor customer service. More

This is the worst service center I have ever been to. One time, the gave me my truck back with my keys and the keys for SOMEONE ELSE’S vehicle in the cup holder. More recently, I went in for a full servi One time, the gave me my truck back with my keys and the keys for SOMEONE ELSE’S vehicle in the cup holder. More recently, I went in for a full service, after which they lost two screws to my oil pan splash guard. I only noticed this when I felt something dragging and looked under my truck to find the splash guard dragging. When I returned to the service center for this two minute problem (of their creation) it took them over twenty minutes to look at the truck, at which point they informed me they didn’t have the parts needed, removed my splash guard, and told me to come back…ALL without giving me a single apology. THEN, when I was ten minutes away from the service center they called me because THEY had left a dealers plate in my truck on the passenger seat and asked me to return, instead of waiting for me to come back the next day when they were going to fix my splash guard problem. Hands down, the worst service and customer support I have ever received from ANY customer service agency. Truly terrible not to mention expensive. Would not recommend More

Told me the state inspection wouldn't pass because of a nail in the sidewall. No nail when vehicle left my possession, got a low pressure warning about an hour after they got the vehicle. They accepted responsibility once that was pointed out. Damaged wheel while replacing tire, replaced wheel as well. I was forced to buy a new tire for the other side for uniformity - requested for it to be done at same time, didn't happen, had to come back two days later. More
