Need to change your system. I dropped my truck in for service the day before (Wed 6/6/24) no one was available to take my keys. Tristen was on a call and finally just took them but was unable to talk with me. My appointment was for 8am Thur 6/7 for recall work and oil change/tire rotation. No call from Bowditch so by 3:40 pm I called and was put in to Tristen's voice mail. I called back after 20 mins and was told Tristen had left for the day. No one knew anything about my vehicle. They found it and told me I could pick it up. This is the second time since coming there that when Tristen leaves or is not in no one covers his work. You need to hire more people and have them trained to work together. They need to make sure they turn their customers over to another service person who then follows up on the cases. I should not have to hunt down my vehicle, you should be calling me with updates. Currently I have to rate you as POOR customer service. More
