Conyers Nissan Better Business Bureau rating is a D -. After I signed the purchase agreement and was preparing to leave I was informed that there was only 1 key fob. And the emergency key is blank. The pr After I signed the purchase agreement and was preparing to leave I was informed that there was only 1 key fob. And the emergency key is blank. The price of a new key fob, lock cylinder and locksmith will cost over $1000. I called and left messages for the Salesman and Sales Manager. My email was forwarded to the GM. I did not receive any return calls or emails from any of them. When I was first interested in my new car. I was called immediately and several times. Now Conyers Nissan doesn't want to do anything to resolve this issue. More

I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go here. They were absolutely amazing, from the time my husband and I first walked in the door until we drove away in our new car. Shawn, our sales man, never left our side through the entire process. Our credit isn't great, and we didn't have money to put down, but these guys wouldn't stop until they got what we needed for a loan. My mom was in the market for a vehicle to replace her car that was totaled. We came to Conyers Nissan to see a car I had seen online, but that car had been sold. Will McQueen met us in the parking lot and that was totaled. We came to Conyers Nissan to see a car I had seen online, but that car had been sold. Will McQueen met us in the parking lot and told us he could get my mom what she wanted in a deal. And that he did! He got her exactly what she wanted, and it didn't take forever. The guy in finance was a god send! She was able to get the car with no money down plus the service contract and gap insurance all at a lower monthly payment of what she required to seal the deal! These people are awesome! I would recommend them to all my family and friends looking to purchase a vehicle! More
