Poor service in the oil. change department oil left on top of the motor. Got home oil on the garage floor. Scratches left on wheel from tire rotation. Or Balance of wheels. EDIT: I upgraded rating to four stars due to dealership reaching out to me and being reminded the extended warranty has a deductible. The service experience was fine, wait time was ok, but I don't under reaching out to me and being reminded the extended warranty has a deductible. The car is just over three years old, the tires are half that age. The only reason I didn't push the issue harder was because the charge was under $40. More
