With gas prices going up, I decided to upgrade my 2020 Highlander LE to 2022 Highlander Hybrid XLE or new Bronze Edition. I worked with Sales Specialist Troy Snyder on the details/specifications and he w Highlander LE to 2022 Highlander Hybrid XLE or new Bronze Edition. I worked with Sales Specialist Troy Snyder on the details/specifications and he was able to order the car I wanted. Unforturnately the car shipped for me was missing key requirement. Troy worked with me to fix the problem and was able to secure another card that I happily purchased. Thank you Troy for all your help!! More

The service from Troy Snyder and the entire team at Byers Toyota was excellent! I was in and out the door in 4 hours. Very efficient! The lack of new car inventory was disappointing. The actual make, mod Toyota was excellent! I was in and out the door in 4 hours. Very efficient! The lack of new car inventory was disappointing. The actual make, model, and trim package I was coming to buy, which is one of the top sellers in the country, I had one option. I ended up going with something else, where I had 2 options. This is my 3rd time leasing from Troy and Byers and will come back, assuming the inventory issue is fixed. More
