Me and my wife went to Rallye Lexus today to test drive and setup a purchase for a new RX450H. I was told to ask for Tony when I got there. We were given a sales person who never introduced himself or told and setup a purchase for a new RX450H. I was told to ask for Tony when I got there. We were given a sales person who never introduced himself or told us his name. When he took us on a test drive he was mainly in the back seat on his phone. They only time he spoke during the ride was if I asked home a question. We finally learned his name was Troy when he gave us his card before we left. The sales manager Tony also never introduced himself. I was only going to do business here because I’m a Northwell employee and would get a discount. Due to poor customer service we received here we have made the decision to not give them our business at all. More

I came here on May 22nd, 2021 after meeting with Tyrone Chen the week before on closing a deal which be scammed us on and misinterpreted everything to get a sale off a car. We are dedicated buyers and really wanted and loved the car. Excuse my language but, Tyrone is the biggest xxxxxxx i’ve ever met! Out of all the sales professionals i’ve met, i’ve never met anyone as unprofessional, manipulative and emotionally abusive as him. This isn’t even me being dramatic or overreacting because it’s the truth. This isn’t defamation or slander because the whole Lexus dealership had witnessed this except the general manager since he was off. He kept on shouting and screaming at my dad when my dad called him out on his scam. He even slammed the table with rage and it startled my whole family. The hostility of his voice and the tone seemed that he wanted to get physical and it got scary. How is this any professional at all? To scream and shout at your dedicated customers?! Cmon, be a better professional sales person. To remind you, my dad is a 68 year old elder who battled sickness! I never write reviews nor cause any kind of commotion but I feel triggered to because Rallye Lexus needs to take initiative of this. To put this aside, we STILL bought the car home and signed the offer with the help of Jeff and Troy. Tory is the most professional yet, helpful sales person ever. Along with everyone in the dealership except Tyrone! This is how dedicated we are as consumers because we were ecstatic about our new car. If this doesn’t speak any volume upon this situation that we literally BOUGHT the car even though Tyrone screamed and shouted with such anger and rage at my family, then you must be blind. We will be escalating this to corporate and we are even prepared to take this to any legal action if necessary. This is so unprofessional and emotionally damaged my father. Like, cmon, be better than this!! Also, the other staff members even said that’s how he is… well, that’s just overall embarrassing to represent the dealership. More

I drove out for over an hour to Rallye Lexus because my family previously had two great purchase experiences with Troy Sun. However, we had a rather unpleasant experience with Andy. The only customer servi family previously had two great purchase experiences with Troy Sun. However, we had a rather unpleasant experience with Andy. The only customer service we received was him printing out the price for each car configuration. He was neither respectful nor helpful. We were not offered a test drive and did not learn any information about the cars. I was better off doing my own research online. He also did not help with finding the color and trim that I wanted. His demeanor was dismissive and he even scoffed at how we did not have the car with us that we wanted to trade in (we had no intention of trading in that day). I'm surprised to see all these positive reviews for Andy because it makes me wonder why he chose to interact with my family this way. We went to Lexus Smithtown that same day and were able to complete our purchase. The staff there was much more welcoming and helpful, and my family will no longer be coming back to Rallye Lexus. More

Choosing a car at Rallye in Glen Cove, NY was a very pleasant experience. After test driving the Lexus 350 with our very cordial salesman, Troy Sun, we were given an excellent deal with no pressure. We then worked with Chris Maliarakis in the finance section and discussed options for the car. Both men made this purchase hassle-free. When we picked up our car, James, a knowledgeable tech expert, gave us a very thorough explanation of the navigation system, the radio, etc. He paired our phones and taught us about all of the other features on the dashboard. We highly recommend this dealership. More
