Me and my wife went to Rallye Lexus today to test drive and setup a purchase for a new RX450H. I was told to ask for Tony when I got there. We were given a sales person who never introduced himself or told and setup a purchase for a new RX450H. I was told to ask for Tony when I got there. We were given a sales person who never introduced himself or told us his name. When he took us on a test drive he was mainly in the back seat on his phone. They only time he spoke during the ride was if I asked home a question. We finally learned his name was Troy when he gave us his card before we left. The sales manager Tony also never introduced himself. I was only going to do business here because I’m a Northwell employee and would get a discount. Due to poor customer service we received here we have made the decision to not give them our business at all. More
