Disappointed Very disappointing. We were left hanging around for most of the day. The salesperson was nowhere to be found. We actually thought he had left. By t Very disappointing. By the time he finally showed up and we got down to the paperwork we had to leave for another appointment in 20 minutes. We told them when we first got there in the morning that we didn't have a lot of time. I asked as soon as I got into the finance room what was the finance amount. He stated the amount that I had agreed to. I hadn't even realized the amount on the paperwork was different than the amount I agreed to until later after everything was done. The salesperson told me that the lifetime warranty is free and included with all the certified preowned vehicles. That was lye. I paid an additional 1749 for that. I feel like I was rushed into the purchase. The people I had dealt with are sharks. Now I am stuck with a car a really don't like and I have paid way to much for. Advice, take your time and read over everything before, during and right before you sign anything. Assume they are lying. Better yet stay far away from Honda of Ocala. More
