I printed out my interests and at 9:00 a.m. on 8-17-2019 started at Honda of Ocala where I had purchased my Honda Pilot and had service work done for years prior. I was warmly greeted by Joey in Service who direct me to Steve Domino while I looked through the lot. Steve was polite, knowledgeable and showed me the vehicles I had expressed interest in and alternatives I had not seen on the internet. Steve was patient and provided a "no pressure" environment that won me over, which is not an easy thing to do ! There was no need to look anywhere else for a car. The price on the car and the service provided by the staff was great all around. Troy in financing was very efficient and got us out the door quickly. I look forward to my next car purchase at Honda of Ocala. Again, Great job Steve !! More

I told him my situation and he was willing to do what he could to help especially since I have always been denied due to all the negative equity I had on my nissan pathfinder. Well I was able to get a deal even though my payment did increase however, I got into a top of the line odyssey and was able to escape my previous money pit of a vehicle which was 17k in the hole. Ryan was so helpful and even picked out a car that was the right color I wanted even though we never even discussed colors. Great minds think alike!!! He was extremely helpful in giving me the info I needed especially when it came to pointing out how I would be able to get out of my current vehicle and how honda will not lose value like the nissan did. I am so happy that Ovi was able to do what he could to get me into my vehicle when it came to financing. The guys there were so helpful in getting me out of the nissan. Great place and I am so happy to be driving home in my dream car. More
