Honda of ocala is super! My wife and I recently purchased a Honda HR-V Frank Maiorino was our salesman. He was professional and understood our needs in a veheicale. Before My wife and I recently purchased a Honda HR-V Frank Maiorino was our salesman. He was professional and understood our needs in a veheicale. Before our test drive he gave us a tour of the vehicle telling us all about its features. We are retired and on a limited budget and he and JJ worked with us . Later Ramey explained all guarantees and maitenence programs. When done Frank took us to our vehicle and set up our phones, radio etc. he was great! I would recommend Frank and Ocala Honda to all our friends. Thank you Frank Maiorino and Ocala Honda for our HR-V. More

BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE YET!!! We went to Honda of Ocala to get an oil change for our 2012 Honda Fit and ended up buying a new one!!! After chatting with Sam for a while, I mentione We went to Honda of Ocala to get an oil change for our 2012 Honda Fit and ended up buying a new one!!! After chatting with Sam for a while, I mentioned that I had been contemplating buying a new Fit. Without any pressure or obligation, he took me out and showed me a new 2016 EX model. He went over all the features, in a way that even a non-technical person like me could understand. I loved the vehicle, so we called my wife over to take a look. My wife speaks English as a second language, and Sam was very patient with her. She loved it also!!! All in all, the whole buying process was a very smooth and comfortable one. A first for me!!! Sam is a warm, friendly person and a true professional. He has superior product knowledge concerning the vehicle and the whole buying process. Your sales team is lucky to have him!!! Also, Troy made financing part of the deal go very smoothly.I think that Honda of Ocala is a top-notch dealership, and I will continue to go there for all of my vehicle needs. Worst experience ever!!! Never have I experienced such a more painful car buying experience in my life. It truly reminded me of something out of a movie. They used scare tacti Never have I experienced such a more painful car buying experience in my life. It truly reminded me of something out of a movie. They used scare tactics at every turn, threatening to pull the deal if you question anything they say -- and believe me, there is a lot to question like how they only use one credit bureau (which is illegal by the way) to scare you into thinking you only qualify for a higher interest rate. At one point, one of their "sales managers" even crumpled up the paper with our deal on it and stormed off with the crumpled paper in hand like a 5 year old when he was asked a simple question. Then they rest on what they think is their laurel of being the "only car dealer to offer a 20 year, 200,000 mile warranty" and hide behind this nonsensical warranty at every unethical, surprise turn the deal takes. WHO in the world drives a car for 20 years and 200,000 miles!!?? That's right, NOONE and they use it as a false sense of security and smoke screen to make you think you are actually getting some sort of a "deal" from them. These guys truly give "used car dealers" their name and reputation. Not to mention their finance person would be better suited as an auctioneer as he rattles off interest rates that miraculously become lower the more that it looks like you are going to walk away from their sub par deal. Truly the most horrible car buying experience I have ever endured!!! I would NEVER do business with them!! I did buy a Honda from another dealership and was treated wonderfully, got a great interest rate and a USEFUL warranty. So glad I walked out of the nightmare that is Honda of Ocala and chose a Honda dealer that treats their customers right. More

Put me a safe car with an awesome warranty Our salesman worked hard to get us in a car that we would be happy with in a budge we could afford. He put the "reason for our visit" (our broken down van) into perspective when deciding on our car. Value, safety, great warranty, and a lot less to worry about. A 2013 Honda Civic LX with 10yr/100,000 mile warranty ABOVE the miles that are currently on this used vehicle!! His exact words were "would you be seeing me today if your van was not broken down?" They took our van in on trade, AND had a tow truck pick it up from the mechanic where we left it at. Financing worked hard to get us a better interest rate. Over all they did a good job and we are satisfied with our purchase. More
