As this was a low production vehicle I was in contact with Karen I had an amazing experience with Crown Honda during the purchase of my Civic Type R. As this was a low production vehicle I was in contact with Karen over a month in advance before the vehicle was even announced for sale. Karen was very patient with my constant questions and got back to me quickly every time I had a new one. Management was extremely fair on the price considering a lot of dealers are marking this car up considerably over MSRP. Crown does not mark up cars over MSRP and this means a lot to me as far as the integrity of the dealer. I would highly recommend Crown Honda to anyone looking for a new Honda, and specifically Karen as a salesperson. Even post delivery she is still quick to respond to any questions I have.
