Best car buying experience and service EVER! This was a phenomenal experience and the service was far beyond my expectation. I made new friends today and had a blast. Superior Help Finding Just the Right Car I went to Crown Honda to replace my van after being hit by a semi-truck. Enver took the time to understand my safety concerns and reluctance to get back behind the wheel, and then helped me find some options that had all of the features that I was looking for. He patiently walked me through the design of each vehicle before we took a test drive and encouraged me to follow my instincts in selecting the one that was best for me. I purchased a Honda Pilot that I loved the feel of, and before I left the lot, Enver even paired the Bluetooth with my phone and programmed all driver settings to ensure I had the best possible drive home. My entire experience at the store was outstanding. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful, and from my time spent with Enver and the General Manager I could tell that they both genuinely cared and wanted me to select the vehicle that I'd feel safest driving. More

So much better than Tampa Honda Customer service was awesome! Just a side note, we went to Tampa Honda and had a horrible experience and was lied to many times there please do not ever go there. More

Horrible buying experience I was given the run around on price after we got to the final numbers and they would not agree to change the tires for a different brand. I left. By the time I got home, I listened to a message, which said they reconsidered and would change the tires out. I did not want Firestone on my son's car. Today I call back to speak to a Sales Manager and speaking with Troy was like talking to a tree. He kept asking a question and I provided the answer and he'd ask the same question over again. He did this 3 times when I realized he was just screwing with me and I told him I was hanging up. This fellow could care less about my experience. They bumped the final price $1,100 after they agreed to switch tires. I suppose they were hoping I wouldn't notice. They treated me as if I was stupid in their eyes. The Internet salesperson, I dealt with, Michael Wolf, was great. We got on well and I can only assume someone above him put him up to this tactic. I reported it to Honda nationally. More

Great Experience I purchased a 2016 Odyssey EX-L with RES through the USAA buying service and things went very smoothly. I test drove a number of Odysseys of varying t I purchased a 2016 Odyssey EX-L with RES through the USAA buying service and things went very smoothly. I test drove a number of Odysseys of varying trim levels and my sales representative, Enver, took the time to point out the different features unique to each vehicle. He patiently answered all my questions and I received a written quote before leaving that day. I did some comparison shopping at Toyota and found that the Honda had better features, was more user friendly and had more safety features on the regular models. At Toyota I had to go up to the premium elite model to get the front end collision warning. Also, I wanted the DVD player only and not the Navi and I could get that on the Odyssey, but on the Toyota Sienna these two items were bundled together and the cost was higher. I also did some comparison shopping at other Honda dealers and found Crown's price to be $160 higher, which they quickly matched. After we negotiated, I selected a color which was not in dealer stock. At this point Evner found a vehicle for me in Orlando and had it driven over the next day. Upon pick up, Evner sat with me in the car and went over all the features and made sure I was completely happy and comfortable in the car. He really went out of his way to make sure my car buying experience was great! More
