I started the process with Charlotte in Minoqua by phone when I saw this truck online. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. After a couple of conversations I was very interested in purchasing said phone when I saw this truck online. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. After a couple of conversations I was very interested in purchasing said truck. Charlotte made the arrangements to get the truck to Fon Du Lac where Tyler was there to complete the sale. Both individuals were extremely helpful and easy to work with. I would gladly work with either of them again!! More

I found the vehicle I wanted at Lenz Truck, and they had it at a good price. I obtained my own financing with my bank as they could not beat the rate I could get with my bank. I was disappointed that I was it at a good price. I obtained my own financing with my bank as they could not beat the rate I could get with my bank. I was disappointed that I was not given copies of all the paperwork that I had signed on the day I bought & paid for the vehicle. I had to reach out to Tyler to get copies of the paperwork emailed to me two days later after I realized that I had left the dealership without any copies of the paperwork I had signed. I was also disappointed in the fact that when I asked if the posted sale price was the best price they could do with the sale, Tyler said 'let's see what the numbers show' but he never checked if he could lower the price nor did he say he could not offer it at any lower price. He only subtracted my down payment and then gave financing options based on that price. I feel he should have been upfront right away if he could not offer any price lower than the posted price. I still bought the vehicle but prefer to work with a salesperson that is upfront about if they can offer a lower price or not. If they cannot, that is fine but be up front about it, don't say 'let's see...........'. More

After over a month of paying for the car I still do not have the title and am driving on an expired temporary plate. When I called they had to send the title back to the original owner to sign. That was su have the title and am driving on an expired temporary plate. When I called they had to send the title back to the original owner to sign. That was supposed to take 4 days and they would have it at the end of the week and send it to me. In the middle of the next week I called since still no title. Called multiple times left message, if I talked to someone they would get right on it. Still no word from the dealership even informing me of what was going on. Called on Friday and was told it would be mailed the next day. As of now still waiting. This would not be my top recommendation for a dealership. More

I bought my car before test driving right after they got it in. The Owner emailed me about the car and let me know the day I was going would be fine to schedule a test drive. When I arrived my salesman let it in. The Owner emailed me about the car and let me know the day I was going would be fine to schedule a test drive. When I arrived my salesman let me know there were issues that needed to be fixed. He let me know I wouldn’t be able to test drive that day. I still wanted to buy the car and he told me originally that it would be delivered in the next 2 days. I waited 7 days for my car to be delivered. During the 7 days I was never reached out to I had to call for every interaction. The employees and owner were not good at communication. More
