We started on the website then we called and spoke with Travis Baldwin. When we arrived at the dealership Jim Pearce, Sales Professional, was waiting to greet us and welcome us to the dealership. Jim was straightforward, a good listener and honest and above all, Jim was not high pressure. In fact he really didn't sell the vehicle, we bought it. Once the deal was finalized we spoke with Tyler Conrad, Finance Manager, Tyler was professional and had all of the paperwork ready to go. We would highly recommend Jim Pearce for your next vehicle experience, and the Donovan dealership as a whole. More
