There was a miscommunication and getting the car to the dealership was delayed, but Tyler made sure we were taken care of during the delay. We were informed immediately when the car arrived, took a look at & drove it, and got started on the paperwork. Along the way, I had many questions, and Tyler and the other staff were very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. I received follow-up communication after my purchase to make sure I didn't have any lingering questions or concerns, which was great. You don't feel pressure, you feel like hanging out with the nicest people who actually give a *$@$%@# about you and your car buying needs. The dealership is bar none the most open, chill, clean I've seen and feels more like a coffee bar/hang out place than a high-pressure trap. When I find a great solution, service or brand I'm very loyal and refer the hell out of them. If you or anyone you know needs a car - this is the only place to go and make sure to ask for Brittany she will take awesome care of you. Excellent car buying experience and post-purchase service My wife and I located a used Infiniti G37xs coupe at Valley Honda. Within minutes of requesting information on the vehicle, Tyler had the car cleaned My wife and I located a used Infiniti G37xs coupe at Valley Honda. Within minutes of requesting information on the vehicle, Tyler had the car cleaned up and sent pictures to me. Since we live in North Carolina, we hired a car pro to do a mechanical inspection and test drive. Tyler was great in assisting with all of this. The entire deal was done before we flew to Chicago to pick up the car and was quite simple compared to my other car buying experiences. After taking delivery, my brakes were not working perfectly and my local dealer recommended replacing the rear rotors. Tyler worked with his dealership to get this service reimbursed since driving back to Chicago was not practical. Overall, the experience was a 10/10 and well worth the trip from North Carolina to Chicago. Thanks! More
