I relocated to the area 8 years ago. In 2016 I started utilizing the dealership named Mike Brown Ford to service my vehicles Ownership changes to Shottenkirk Ford Granbury. I had read a few negative reviews after the ownership change and took them with a grain of salt. An opinion is just that an opinion. Not everyone will have the same experience. I am very happy to say I have been very pleased with the service they provide. I am thankful that I live close enough that they can take me home while my vehicle is being serviced and pick me up for my return. Matt was my service guy today. He communicated with me via text keeping me updated as to vehicle status and what repairs were being done. Excellent customer service. And a new offer was available to me. They would come get my vehicle, make the repairs and return to me. I didn't even have to leave my house. Recovering from a total hip replacement I found this to be a blessing. Again, exceeding customer expectations. I will continue to use them for all repairs, future vehicle purchases and refer to family and friends. More
